The idea was to create few semi-detached chalets in the middle of the forest and by the lake (region of Backwood Drawska). Houses are designed in modern architectural style, although they have references to traditional gable roofed houses.
Every housing unit cointains two chalets - with two sleeping rooms, common room and toilette. They also have acces to their own terrace.
